Notifications

Notifications are an essential feature in any web applications, enabling the system to inform users about various events or updates. In dataopsly, notifications can be created as groups, for job start/job success/job failure.

For now we have only mail and slack notifications, we are soon coming on jira

Add notification groups:

• Give a name for your group
• Load the number of users you want to have in that group
• Save the configuration
• Go to jobs
• There are 3 sections for notifications
• Select the group you want in the respective job start/job success/job failure area based on the user selected in the group.

Create to get notified about every instance of your Job to keep track of it and updated.

While selecting slack as the notification option, please provide the url that you have after creating the slack integration.
